or just the affixes as long as IP is over 725 it's all the same?

pretty sure the damage on the focus makes up for it not being 2h. can go higher when upgrading

it depends. if you are playing with glacial aspect, it doesnt matter.

That's good info. I do use glacial aspect but my build is focused on blizzard with the damage-over-time wrathful heart to support the blizzard damage. It looks to matter in my case.

at high levels your blizz wont do dmg, all your dmg comes from those glacial spikes, that's why dps on weapons doesnt matter
ofc unless you're using an ice shards/blizz hybrid

yeah it's a hybrid. I'm using this one from ragegamingvideos. Currently level 75. It does well with mobs and elites but a slog with big bosses.

then your dps matters, the more you have the harder your ice shards hit
