What you get your money for, lol?

Imagine developing the core of a game but never playing it or fundamentally understanding it, then getting paid huge dollars to do so.

Exactly what I thought, and what in fact happened.

We and literally every pro player/streamer whom has 100000 hours of hands on experience with each class spoon fed them what they needed to do to balance things out a bit and make every class a bit more in line. Instead they said nah we still gonna do it our way and destroy the game because we are arragont fucks that think we know best even if we dont play the game. But hey, we will pretend we did it for you.

combined hours of streamers and veteran players, so prob 10x more tbh.

Veteran players

Between diablo 2-4 most streamers have like 365+ days played, thats veteran and certainly no more than balances than 100% of the developers. I personally have over 10 days played on d4 and 100s of days if you combine d2+D3, but that's nothing compared to most hardcore players.

When all of these people generally allign on what needs to change and why, its probably right. Blizzard just taking blindfolded swings at this point. Example (barb S tier down to F tier, promised buffs, still F tier...)

If i needed to hire someone to make my reasonably simple job look like an exceedingly impossible task that only god himself could solve, I would hire blizzard.
