to be able to follow one of the end game builds that use it?

im really not sure, the first line appears to be the same as tempest roar so im assuming it could work?

no, it has too say Storm Skills function as Werewolf skills. Really not sure what that aspect does but i do remember trying it out.

Tempest lets you transform into werewolf and still use any storm skills. No aspects from what i know of allow it. Give it a try tho ^^
