why is lucky hit so important on a TB rogue?

Only because of the aspect or do some of the spells also have lucky hit?

Also innervation and possibly exposure if you’re using death trap. All require lucky hit procs.

ah I would avoid that now. Just use momentum for ultimate if you can and also that aspect that heals with it

It's for resource management through Innervation.

Exposure and Siphoning strike too but not too important.

If using Bursting Venom, that too.

Just tested Siphoning strike with 0% lucky hit chance. Still getting the health when hitting in close range?

No idea. I tried with my rogue and it was very mediocre. No need to use under T80 if you have +300 stolen vigor on ammy.

If you do T100 push, definitely put 3 there.

You probably right about that I run 331 roll on my armor.
not sure if I should sacrifice the points then. (I do play HC).

For HC, I would run it 100% and never take it off haha Rogue is pretty safe though.
