Following a guide that says we should have that rollo on gloves to apply Paragon board suff for defensive dmg reduction on Rogue

Is It really 100% needed?
And how hard would It be to get rolled? Got 3/4 great gloves and might just rollo and look for it

Don't need. Maybe for pvp. Crit chance attack speed +tb lucky hit is better

but theres a paragon rare node that you boost with diminish that gives you 25% dmg reduction from slowed enemies, and I think you only get that from gloves with chance to slow, dont think you can slow them in any other way

The unique boots that are part of the build also slow nearby mobs if I recall.

I questioned this lucky hit chance to slow on gloves as well and ruled it out of my build since I was using the boots.

Still wondering if I’m missing something.

I thought it was more for opening a damage bucket of damage to slowed enemies vs the paragon defense boost. Still not sure though.

Well I got both with slow and Lucky hit chance and Will try both on end Game and see which one works better

I think boots only chills enemies tho

I think you deal more dmg to allowed enemies thanks to glyphs too so unsure

Seems like the only way to slow enemies is through that slow on gloves Lucky hit chance


Actually puncture slows enemies for 2 seconds so gloves would add 30% chance in top of that to make It 50%

So I Guess Lucky hit chance is better
