what should we expect for the upcoming legendary aspect buff for barb and sorc

1. Legendary Aspect of Bawl: Whenever there is any team member nearby, your Battle Cry will be 30% louder and its cooldown will be increased by 1.5-3.0 seconds. (Dev's notes: We recognise that the sound effect of babarian shouts are a bit underwhelming. We buff this ability to let barbs show their true colours.)

2. Barbarian: Baseline Runspeed Increased 5%. (Dev's notes: We recognize this "buff" does not actually do anything to address 85% of the Barbarians useless toolkit, we just figured you will need extra speed to run away from packs of +5 mobs. In addition, we are decreasing your base Damage Reduction from 10% to 5%, as we feel Fortify is too powerful.)

It’ll be funny when they buff one unique to be required for every build and we have a second tempest roar situation on our hands

Honestly I’d rather see more tempest roar type items then less. More build changing uniques is something this game needs imo.

If you had any way to farm for them then yeah I’d agree

As of now it’s miserable just hoping you get the one random drop that makes your build good

I wish every class had a tempest roar so I could at least be excited about finding something
