I thought the Ancestral breakpoint was 725, which it may still be if upgrading a 700+ Sacred item. I guess the exception is if it has an 'Ancestral' title?

Makes sense. I just assumed the Title would follow the affix. First time seeing an Ancestral where it isn't possible to have the games max affix'.

well your first sentence is somewhat unclear. upgrading a 700 item power sacred rare wont make it ancestral....

You're wrong sir. My first sentence was "very" unclear. In my defense, I immediately took it to forums thinking there was an undisclosed patch, bug, etc. I do see it more often now that I am paying attention to it specifically.

Moving on; yes. Upgrading any Sacred 700+ item to the 725+ breakpoint will change the affixes to the highest tier.
