I am lvl 54 in world tier 3. I can only get tier 1 sigils and the craft ability is greyed out no quest. Can anyone help me?

You will unlock crafting after completing NM Tier 3 dungeon.

Get a sigil from tree of whispers after you complete it you should be able to craft , gl m8

You need to do a t3 sigil or higher to unlock the quest to craft sigils.

Keep spamming NMD or Tree of whispers until you have it.
Took me about 10 runs of tier 1 or 2 sigils before I finally got a t5 to do and unlock the quest.
