I'm tracking the barb is extremely shitty now with the new patch. However, I'm currently level 54 and having a hard time killing anything in WT3, and Tier 3-5 dungeons.

My resource is also so bad, I have to wait 20 seconds just for a shout and can get a small ww in that time. I haven't spent too much time with rerolling stats currently at my level, but what do you guys think I should do? Will HOTA help with some of these issues and will I be able to kill stuff in those tiers?

Last season I played a ww barb and it got better when you get lvl 70 plus. I had the same problems as you had. You need al the cooldown you can get on a ww barb otherwise he is kinda crap.

So if I was you id switch.

i tried barb and got to around ur level and quit

rolled a druid instead

barb leveling is atrocious

I played Barb at launch and ran Rend until level 60 before switching to WW. Never tried Hota, not sure if it's better 50-60

I am purposely running the worst build possible for the challenge, and at lvl 55 I can complete lvl 20 dungeons (lvl 73 mobs), but failed the final boss in the lvl 70 capstone dungeon.

if you are struggling on a baba, id suggest changing up your build to what can work with the gear you have and not trying to force a maxroll build that only works with exact gear.

Are you using the right aspects? I love the Barb, and the Barb has always been my main. I am not backing out. Additionally, I use a hybrid Frenzy/HOTA build, that's nobody's META lol. I don't use unbridled rage, so I don't have fury issues. In addition, I sometimes switch to call of the ancients for the dps burst, maybe try them out. Otherwise, I would use wrath.

But don't listen to me, check out maxroll. They have always been a competitive site-nothing compared to D2JSP though.
