I am 61 wt4. i havent been able to make nm dungeons since wt3. i just lvled alternatively. well now i am too low for wt4 and too high for t3 and can only progress by making nm dungeons appropriate for my level. well i cant :C

someone told me i need a lvl 3 sigil from a drop to unlock... thats so random...

Go do 1 tree of whispers in wt4, get a nm sigil from the cache
