According to maxroll, they say to grab natural disaster for increased dmg to vulnerable and use emeralds in weapon for dmg to vulnerable. but nothing in the guide gives vulnerable.

am i missing something?
What else would you spend 3 points on besides Natural Disaster?

edit: i know hurricane gives it, but i was confused for a sec cuz all the abilities on maxroll don't give vulnerable so i was wondering where the other source was coming from. but i see now its from the glyph

Its worth playing it?

Playing this build right now at level 58 and it feels good. It's not that gear and aspect dependent like other endgame builds
