frost nova sometimes doesnt freeze enemies
also deep freeze should reset the cooldown of my defensive skills, it does with teleport, ice armor and flame shield but not frost nova
why? it is just me?

Deep freeze does not reduce the cd of frost nova if ur running the aspect that gives you 2x novas. Not sure if this was intended but I notice it too

probably it's just unstoppable then
but idk it's happening way too often

If it's in particular dungeons, there is a mod for enemies below 30% become unstoppable.
