Without being power levelled, and playing mostly solo.

What level should someone try to clear capstone Wt3 and then continue playing in WT3?

Is 40 too soon?
45?

Example, could a pulverize druid build be fine level 40 in wt3 or naw

i did it at 44, as bone necro
probably could do it 1 or 2 levels earlier

I did mine at 49 on pulv. Kinda slow but got it done. Maybe 46/47
