I thought they said they would be carrying over all the stuff so your new Characters would start with all the bonus skills. Am I wrong?

Yes wrong, you start with renown from Lilith + map exploration so start with +5 skills if you collected enoug in all regions. But you don’t get the full bonuses like paragon etc right from start, need to collect again just like aspects

I had done the first 4 rewards at each location which should have been +10 skill points. I didn't start with even 1 single extra skill point though. Is this how it should be or am I bugged or something?

Edit: Now that I'm looking, it literally didn't save/bring over anything extra. All my altars and everything are showing as 0.

Log in with your character with most completed and then go back

better start farming those renowns! wouldn't want to have an unfair advantage over other players during the start of the league!
