If you have an excessive queue position, simply completely closing out of the launcher and game, and re-launching repositions you in an updated queue.

A buddy just jumped me in line doing so, I then did the same thing and my position was reduced by 1/2.

Also, making a purchase in the cosmetic shop seems to VIP status your account and all lag/loading/in is wall issues are gone.
