trying to start a game...according to blizz it should take ~1 min
20 min lates it is still ~1 min
i wonder what happens within the next 30 min? will it jump back to ~2 min 43 sec, 98 mil sec or can it go just down to like ~1 sec left, and stay there for 10 min?

mine get down from 4min to 2min then kicked from queue

remember to do that in a correct order....so 1) start your non-ladder char to unlock all the altars 2) re-join with your new char on ladder
buy like 6-pack of beers, XXL pizza
you will probably have time to collect the order, eat everything, get a sleep, and then you should probably be logged in
