Wife taking our half dozen kids to the park all day to wear them out so we can lay them down at 4pm and tell them it's bedtime to get on our grind. Is there a more efficient way that doesn't include narcotics?

There is a real issue with excess fear over standard activities. I miss the 80's. People were ignorant of certain dangers, but at least they didn't pretend there were kidnappers around every corner.
