It's weird because I was clearing 80+ NMs a few weeks ago and logged on and was still doing 75+ nm's on my druid and rogue.

The only thing I noticed is that I can't kill Uber Lilith as fast. Pre Patch it went pretty fast and this time it took me like 12 trys and had to quit cause I had no scroll of escapes left over and didn't want to lose my Druid.
If my items were better Lilith would still melt.

Or am I missing something?

My issue with this patch is more missing QOL, no group finder, no social features added, no cool midgame unique items and the 6 uber uniques they showed I won't see in my life so... dunno, perhaps they should fix this game

Haven't noticed anything crazy. I change druid builds depending on what I want to focus on. Werenado still kills lilith in under 2 minutes. Bulwark got fixed. Pulverize still feels good. Slightly better honestly with the update. I'm very interested in the new creeper aspect for druids though.

I play sorc. Did something like 10 nm dungeons yesterday. Couple more deaths, but overall was actually doing better than before.

My Sorc & Necro are substantially squishier. 82 Necro almost got killed by a random mob on the map yesterday. Haven't had that happen since I got to wt4 at level 60. Still kill stuff fairly quickly, but it does take longer and uses more resources so I'll have to figure that out. The squishiness is the real problem. I was forseeing being able to take on Lilith at 100. Now the only reason I know it's still possible is that others can still kill her. For the most part my Necro is fine to play, but it's a definite downgrade and I can no longer do content I could previously specifically because of squishiness. If it had just been damage then it'd just take an extra minute or 2 to clear the same content I was already. I'd be fine with that I'm inclined to agree my Necro was overpowered. But the squishiness as well as damage nerf means more opportunity for mobs to damage me and I have less ability to take that damage. It's effectively a double nerf to defence. I'm not about to quit over it but I'm definitely less interested in playing.

My rogue is a bit squishier, but I didn’t change any gear/post-patch optimize and it’s still truckin along, albeit damage output is a bit lower.

I just need to be a bit more careful during engagements and can’t watch Netflix while I speed farm “high” NM dungeons. Is that really a bad thing?

I have definitely noticed the defence nerfs. My damage still feels ok

its less about what they changed exept CDR nerf which takes away buttons to press more often which decrease fun, but its much more about things they had the chance to change but successfully ignored these dev team is just a bunsh of clowns
