i know they are saying u need lvl requiment not just ashes to upgrade them, but i still smell something wrong here

im guessing like a big amount of playerbase is going to follow the optimal xp route, and not the seasons unlock route writen by blizzard, so they are kinda forced to buy the 20tier skip
