It's been like that for a few days now. I've noticed it's entirely dependent on the lobby. All you can do is change lobbies if it gets really bad.

Always been.
Especially the smaller one in the south.

You have to switch layers (log out / login) and hope that you are on a better server/layer which is lagfree.

the fix for this is to disable cross-network play

This is the solution friend ^ Sucks because its pretty dead with crossplay off
