on the patch notes it says "Fixed an issue where Aspect of Control was applying its damage bonus 3 times for Staggered bosses."

does it still apply 3x for regular mobs and elites and players? or is it just nerfed for bosses?

As far as I know it only ever applied to staggered bosses.
