The answer is the same for both, just do 500 nm dungeons

Fast runs low.tier with good elite density, some.of the New NM dungeons really good for level.

1. blast nmds, dont waste time rolling good ones, just go go go.
2. nmd reset still works, so just get a blaster mariner's refuge and go go go.
