NVM I cannot read. I also have had 2 wasted skill points for a while now...

I noticed the imperfectly balanced node didn't have 3/3 so I clicked refund just to check it out and found that I can not go past 1/1.

This a bug for me or does it show up for everyone?

My damage did not drop and my essence cost did not go up. Not sure if this was lowered from a 3/3 to a 1/1 in a previous patch...
