what additional information do you need? do you need character specs?

as far as i know, ice shards builds build around freeze, not chilled, so frostbite becomes less interesting damage wise.

most will use it for its defensive stat, which is based on the frozen cc.

thats what i thought originally, but then I saw this.



now it is google, so how true it is I don't know.

the thing that really makes flamefeeder > frostbite is paragon placement and bosses can't be chilled but can be burned.

thanks for the clarification.

i didnt think chilled = frozen, knowing that;
frozen = crowd controlled
and chilled = crowd controlled

didnt think they overlapped any other way.
