Not too late. The patch is just allowing you to share your renown account wide… When you initially log on to your various characters they’ll add what they had done/finished. Going forward after that, everything is shared
When season starts Lilith Statues and Map Exploration will transfer over (yes, even if you start eternal realm after patch drops.. you still have a few days to prep
