I will play Diablo 2 and am Diablo 4 veteran of not wasting money on shameless cash grab of what amounts to an update to D3 essentially. I'll catch the cinematics on yt just for lore and wait for the game to go F2P or massive sale. Selling skins in a game that is all about items is a non starter for me though. Keep that trash in F2P games.
Diablo 5 will have a subscription model at this rate, but I guess battle pass is practically the same thing if it happens often enough. Thanks mobile phone gamers and fortnite kids for ruining games. Special thanks to horse armor origins.
