caught a fromsoft fan boi here, hell nah bruh. last decent game from fromsoft was bloodborne, that another game I would say pretty decent after 2012 the atmosphere in there give me chill to this day. they haven't really made anything new since then. elden ring was just a copy paste of dark souls with an open world map, I played 250 hours into that game. dungeon r repetitive as fuck, so r most of the bosses u fight in those dungeon. I fought many of the same boss couple time over, only thing fun and saving grace from that game was u go in pvp and try to gangbang invader or u try to take on a gang but still the concept was from dark souls 1 nothing new here.
It was repetitive towards the end but for at least 80% it was top notch engaging gameplay. They should of either scrapped the last few areas like mountain of the giants and concecrated snowfields to work on a more unique bosses and polishing the game further or kept it as a dlc.
It's still a great game no matter how you slice it. Yes you can be elitist critic and point out all the flaws but for most people this was a breath of fresh air to long forgotten gaming experience that we used to feel when we were kids. And it deserves game of the year the other games were not even in the same league.
