My take: I don't think I would call people complaining about D4 "bitching", because like someone said, they feel genuinely let down by Blizzard. However, they also say that D4 is just a cash-grab scheme. That blizzard doesn't care about making good games, they just want to make a quick buck. But isn't that the very purpose of a business? Businesses exist to make money, that's capitalism. Now, if you want to say that if a company consistently makes bad games, it will eventually ruin its name, and I agree. But that really is something for Blizzard to worry about, isn't it? The way I see it, the best and only thing we as fans can do is to stop buying any more blizzard games. Let your wallet speak for you. There are plenty of other game developers out there, by all means buy and play their games.
sadly, no one follows the "speak with your wallet". we were all here for months before the release of this monstrosity of a game, and warned players not to buy it and they still did. to put icing on the cake, those same users then said the game is trash but they got their "money's worth". in the eyes of blizzard, those players were a success story. but from the player's perspective, the game was bad. this is a function of time and it'll get worse will every diablo iteration. the consumers are partially at fault for enabling this buffoonery
