Current World Tier Level offsets
World Tier II: Up to +3.
World Tier III: Up to +10.
World Tier IV: Up to +100.
We are changing this to
World Tier II: Up to +3 (Unchanged).
World Tier III: Up to +6.
World Tier IV: Up to +10.

For Example:
You are Level 1. Your friends bring you to World Tier IV and leave you at the entrance of a dungeon. They start killing Level 100 monsters.
Prior to Season of the Malignant, you get:
(Level 100 Monster XP) * (1 + 25%)
After Season of the Malignant, you get:
(Level 11 Monster XP) * (1 + 15%)

F that's all I have to say.
EXP changes will make it harder to level friends/alts

Where is this? I just saw all +damage modifiers being buffed across the board

Yeah, please dont make the same mistake as D3 ... this game was so easy. My little cousin 5 yrs old was capable of doing the whole game .. I mena, I dont want to play a D4 as 5 yrs old. I want a gore and freaking hard game to do. There was no real challenge (except High tier NM dungeons and Echo of lilith) And even there (Necro can do echo of lilith under 30 secondes didnt call that hard challenge .. lol) ... I want Some really hard stuff and cooperative gameplay to go higher and higher. Dont think i'll get that, but making the game harder feels a step in the right way. My 2 cents.

Gave it a read. Overall better and more comprehensive than expected. I have really low expectations on blizzard though idk what y'all expected?

yeah but they nerfed vuln crit and all the devouring blaze crit lines. sorc is going to be the worst it's ever been.

Bro those are just across the board bonuses to the +% damage affixes on items....

Looking at the notes seems sorc got upgrades

Sorc had a hard time proccing vul anyway. Now they don't have to...... Y'all need to stop and think sometimes

Vul is obviously still mandatory for everyone
