Maybe if a shitload of people are saying the game sucks it’s not the people that are wrong. With it’s 2.4 fan metacritic score. Those are people that actually like the franchise giving it garbage reviews. Maybe they’re on to something

Game would die if they just make a remaster without making any single changes and u gotta know that even if u dont like it. The 50 pvp players wouldnt keep the game rolling money for them for years over again. They have to make a nice pve endgame content and more atractive it self. My self i prefer d2 then d4 (atm) but i would never spent days solo farming in d2 like i would in d4 cuz of the player’s affection in drop rate system. Not only mf affect but players also. Thats old. Should obviously be changed. Farming in d2 solo is like swimming against a current. 10x harder and useless. Either they change it it the future patches or somehow the expansions do some things that affect that and bring nice endcontent and gg places to no lifers farm SOLO, or d4 system tbh, u can throw me at jail if u wanna, will be forever better at this point for farming what u want (again, SOLO). And diablo is designed so play alot solo. Any arpg the system players shouldnt affect drop rate, that just improves more bots and less ppl farming solo. And its a shame and i feel quite sad cuz d2 gives me goosebumps and itemization its so good, the best ive ever played in my life, and yet im 28 years old. but i would never spend 1 week to find 1 item if i can find that item faster just for beeing in a pt and not even with magic find, d2 its a giga game. No one, NO ONE, can say its not. But it has his pros and cons. Gotta has some improvements for the year we are now. I remember when i was a kid and i would just sit in a lobby waiting for a fletch trade the entire night hours straight, 8+ hours ppl joining and leaving the game. What are the odds ppl would do that today. Ppl grow, games change. Memorys stay. And thats it. The games core its still there. But they gotta to some changes. Thats my thought only

And also see the post quoted that this was a response to, this was not in defense of the game. More-so geared to the 90% of the exact same topics of people pissing and moaning and offering no real discussion on it. People bitching, just to bitch.

Just because people don’t like a game doesn’t mean they’re bitching.

A person who can’t handle negativity is someone who might perceive it as bitching but really they’re expressing disappointment in a game they paid $70 for that didn’t live up to expectations

Yea some people you just got to not listen to their rebuttal because they don’t know what they’re talking about, their point of view is just a reductionist take on something they haven’t taken the time to understand. Why even listen to someone who enters the conversation just to point out something that again is just a reductionist point of view

For instance you say people will bitch about anything. They’re not. They have a reason to be upset, their expectations were not met and they were robbed of their money by a corporation that cares about one thing: making money and using the diablo franchise name to release subpar cash grab schemes. We saw it with diablo immortal and Diablo 4 was so underdeveloped on release. It had nothing to offer serious fans. Until you’ve been a huge fan of the franchise and been let down in that way you don’t know what you’re talking about and your opinion is invalid and irrelevant. People aren’t just bitching there’s a reason this game had a 2.2 metacritic fan score. Because Blizzard just wanted to get in make money and get out. The devs don’t even know how to play their own game. This shows a lack of consideration for the fans and an obvious grab for cash. All ideas for this game were stolen from other games. This game is unoriginal and brings nothing to the table that wasn’t already existing before D4. The game is a rip off repackage and sell out by Blizzard.
