Big time, its disgrace to arpg hack and slash, disgrace to gameing world and Diablo game name.

I mostly mean financial side - they said sales were big, but they invested so much in the game. It is really interesting what how there revenue is compared to costs of this crazy diablo 4 campaign.

it's because they are simply trying get highest return possible. they do all the advertising like kfc crap and getting celebrities so they can get you to buy. once they get delusional players to buy, they make profit and think they are doing something right
