Like if you nerf hota barb, why there are still rogue with infinite poison stacking and some bonewall necro build which literally kills uber lillith in seconds? The poison stack dmg is -50%
Ice shard build dmg is -50%
All builds got -50%, except druids and necros got- -60 to -70%
You're right they didn't sit and make every class be equal in dmg and equal in survivability. They just crunched all 50% because the new damage buffs are unreasonably strong to all classes.
Sorry if your ice shard sorc is never going to feel like something else, lol

The point is there is no nerf. Just feels like one because we're not on Malignant yet where builds are off the charts again
There's no xp nerf either, to whoever was crying about that.
1-100 was 16 hrs before patch.
Now it's 25 hrs. Can hardly call that an xp nerf, lol.
(Refering to rushing someone, not season start which takes a bit longer)
