my first picks for a dream team in a perfect universe would be.. matt uelmen, chris wilson, jonathan rogers, rick seis, stieg hedlund, david brevik, shaefer brothers, and benjamin boos. oh lord it would be incredible. no particular order, just what comes to mind

edit: hell, throw in njag in there too for the trading backend/web dev stuff lmao. have an in-game one too though

You don't need a dream team, that's the point, half the effort is all it takes, a house converted into gaming studio, and about 10x real life nerds with a passion would crush 98% of any new release, you'll still need 1-2x creative geniuses on the team tho!

well brother, to be fair he did call everything about d4 months before it happened, his intuition etc is fine i also agree that a semi-amateur team of gamers led by a few big boys would absolutely demolish any of todays games. i mean look at the most revered arpg today - path of exile. fucking path of exile. the game that makes people burnout so hard they get physically sick if they try to play during that time the market is starved for a simple and fun game, thats why people even play d4. although in that case its a bit too simple, but even that works. also the game has 10/10 meme potential which is why its the best game ever etc


the only thing i disagree with him is that he wants games to improve and i hope everything devolves into shit because i enjoy chaos

could probably pick 3 random people in the d2 trading grounds/discussion forum and that would suffice. at least they'd know what a HoZ is..
