Did Diablo Die This Weekend? - Topic

D3 on release was way better than D4 after 3 seasons, D3 in loot 2.0 times (manticores, iceclimbers, echoing fury) was the best time it had and was super fun. Then it went downhill

i still miss D3, will never miss D4. I only miss the money i spent on that turd of a game

Playing the Auction House was one of my favorite things to do on D3, but to say the gameplay at release was better than D4 is fucking laughable.

How so? It was way more satisfying than "hit sponges" of D4 and 60-90 second cooldowns where in between you can only do basic attack, and can't even spam better skill because you only have enough mana for 3-4 casts. And that's until you're like level 80-90 then it gets marginally better

Okay enrage was bullshit when paired with things like invulnerable minions but that went away pretty quickly

items were so much better and meaningful too

Bro, you remind me the guy who said not so long ago "there are millions of players playing diablo 4 right now". Not a single social platform indicates amount of players online even close to 100k, and blizzard doesn't share that data.

But in any case, what all those players would do in diablo 4? Running nightmare vaults?
