To anyone saying there could be lawsuits over false bans or just bans in general... you dont own your games, you dont own your account, when you "buy" a game your paying for the privilege to use the game on their servers. They can get rid of whoever they want. Activision has quite a history of intentionally letting some people get away with things that others get banned for. Its their right to do so.

those are the same people who qq to their cc company or bank about being banned for hacking a game and want their money back

So are you guys still trading and taking gold? The inflation is insane but I can’t imagine Blizz banning everyone who sold an item on discord. People are offering 5b for mid items easy now which means gold is continuing to drop in RMT value (which we will see if the FG:IGG ratio keeps changing [it was 1:6 days ago, now sometimes 1:0.8]).

I haven’t traded for igg since the dupe.. Just being cautious. It would be interesting to see how many people have been banned over it

I took 1.5bil or more and I am still fine, just dont take big packs in one trade and ofc throw a lot of junk items in trade window...

D2jsp / blizz is doing nothing to protect their users from this plague.
“IF” a ban wave occurs, these fliperino will survive. The only thing helping would be a major purge from blizard side.
Again, the normal users will pay the price…. So, at the end, they will ban 2 players, say they did a major banwave and everythings forgoten.

Who is going to open lawsuits though? Like the law definitely protects blizzard because it’s their property regardless
