im thinking blizzard is in a relative "less bad" place now. all mastery skills too for that matter.

destruction glyph will work with blizzard now, so will elemental dominance, dmg to frozen enemies is up.... idk. blizzard is looking good no? or is it just me.

and if something like vulnerable being nerfed is for all builds, you can remove it from the equation kinda.

blizzard dont crit, its the spike it generate that will crit. destruction glyph should add damage to the spike on paper never test yet, but elemental dominance only buff blizzard which just a dot skill aka dog shit. good for applying freeze/chill tho, still the class is dog shit with all the nerf specially survival side. they nerf my max mana from rings and helm along with armor from 10% to now 6.7%, fucking jokes.

true. also reading a bit further down some of the legendary aspects for ice spikes have been nerfed too.... =/

im just thinking there seems to be a couple more ways to buff mastery skills now. things that only applied to core skills before. idk.

If you make all the classes worse and all players weaker - then most of player base will do even more to min/max and stick to the meta - because that’s the only way to make the game feel good and less of a grind.

Like on d2r. Yes they overshot the assn buff, but so many classes are playable now. They won’t beat the meta - but they are fun af to play.

Yeah can confirm old man, feels like an arc lash Sorc buff, but I have no idea how lol. Survivability somehow increased.

just tried my ice shard sorc on tier 60 nm dungeon. definitely harder to kill monsters but she still gets the job done.
