Blizzard would need reacquired & the almost all of the employees let go, their team and the talent is just not there, too many people stay busying doing tasks that do not help with the product.
Fire 95% of employees, retain only 5% of the ones deemed passionate about their job and the overall ability to perform
Do not Hire any new employees using DEI, there is nothing good from an outcome that employees lower skilled employees, employees need hired based on their skills, creative insight, problem solving, and personal portfolio.
Removal of oversight from board, anything related to game development other than meeting deadlines and project milestones
I would get into project pipeline and the changes needed to structure an authentic Diablo game, but it's not worth discussing because of the above mentioned breakdown.
