When you don't have arguments you write what you write, your comment on legendary increase drop rate only proves my statment even more, rares also drop alot same as legendarys. And they said rares will be the best and rares are tradable and thats important, i dont see rares are the best. Looks like you didnt been on most classes on this topic for 3 years.

and what makes you think any of this wont change for launch? or wont be any different once you loot hundreds of high level end-game rares?

did you get a lvl100 rare?

rares will only be better than legendaries when a 5th affix rolls and when that item has 5 desired rolls. again, all of what your saying means nothing.
while leveling, if d4 is like d3, they will be junk items you replace every 5 minutes. hence the reason min/maxing at lvl25 is useless.

Lets hope it changes for the launch, thats why i write all of this. Im sure there are many who also see this.

its one of the things that made d2 so great. d2 didnt hand out participation awards, with the exception of soh.

again, looking at d3, min/maxing will be useless until you get to the end-game. turn-over rate on gear while leveling is just too high.

Thats just excuse, since you mentioning D3, end game of D4 will be similar, unique items, legendary aspects, using gold to upgrade imbue items, thinking of diffrent build and tactics in a group like in a MMO. Rares that are tradable are just a bait for players who wants trading, we will rarly see anyone using rare. Maybe top 200 players on leader boards or whatever.

You are telling me what you still dont know, and i am telling you what is real right now, and thats that there are no rares equiped on heroes.

But i also said what i dont know for sure yet but just using what we see for now in D4, d3 and other MMOs i can see were all is going, also ask players from closed beta.

i believe there are also unqiues in addition to legendaries. Legendaries are mainly for the aspects and temporary gear replacement and uniques will be the better items from what i gathered, but i could be wrong.
