You need to make a distinction between racism and acts of violence that might have been fueled by racist thoughts.

People can be racist and not commit any crimes. Racism is strictly speaking, a mental construct. It's a concept. It is not a physical act.

I would not like it, but I would still respect their freedom to discriminate for whatever reason they want.

If youre a scumbag racist (JessiWan) the only person that can change that is you the scumbag racist (JessiWan).

No laws or rules can ever change your mentality towards different races.

Perhaps in private companies there could be quotas but imo thr best person for the job should get the job race and gender shouldnt come inti the equation but unfortunately they do.

There are laws that force businesses to not discriminate against certain protected classes.
