Problem is that you invested alot of time for nothing. If you play the game and not feel rewarding to your chara and progression, since once good item drops its gonna take alot of time for another one to drop, and still it can be item that its not for you and you are just doing nothing with gz items that you find. Guess you are young and new to the genre.

Thread name,... TRADING still not good.. This thread(from first announcment of D4, november 2019.) is supporting and having free room for debate about fully open trading system which D4 doesn't have and it will have problems because of it, since they need to change core arpg elements to adopt to this kinda of limited trading.

Also if the item is imbued, as someone from beta said that imbued items will also be a thing and untradable after you use option on item. Still there is problem after you find better item, imbued or imprinted items can be trown away for nothing and time is also resource.

they might add a way to the salvage the legendary affixes from the rares and make em tradable again (kinda doubtful tho)

but imo all the uproar about trading are just people not be able to play jsp like in d2 and d2r

Legendaries only roll 4 affix + the legendary skill

Rares roll 5 affix and can have a legendary skill imbued

Rares will be better than legendary items in endgame. Best in slot.

Rares are tradeable
