I reset the tempering and got it to 12. I also got a spare pant with a single GA on life, I did the Resilient and got +5- both cleared pit 150.

Does this still work? It took me awhile to get the tempering manuals. Finally got them and got spiked armor on the gear, hit necro masterworking but tried to temper using spirit born and its greyed out. Do u need to masterwork using the necro the level 12 before you go into spirit born and retemper? And do u use the scroll on the spirit born? Should i try to reset masterworking and just temper using spiritborn?

Yea the bigger companies probably would have solved this by now but honestly blizz is such a small company with a shoe string budget, I don’t see any reason to blame them for these things that go wrong constantly

nope. was able to do it earlier. it takes awhile in terms of getting the temper recipes and then having enough mastering materials and multiple pieces of gear to test on bec of RNG but it still works

I actually already have both the spiked thorns tempers, bc I heard about this like 5 days ago but I was told it was patched, but you can confirm it still works? dang

Yes 100% still works. I swapped out a pair of 3GA pants that i Paid 1350 for a 250 1GA pair i made. Making a few more as we speak

You can do a sub 3 minute pit without this exploit. It’s really not necessary.
