We don't even know everything coming with the D4 expansion though... And if LOD was $35 back in the day, that's something like $60usd today. So $40 really doesn't seem that steep in comparison.

The issue is a $40-$90 xpac WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR.

This is shit that shoulda been included as part of the base game bc, let's be honest, they released a steaming pile of shit that wouldn't even be consided "ok" for a F2P game. If it had depended on mtx to generate revenue rather than hypetrain pre-sales, it would have fallen flat on it's 2" dick.


Yet here they are, within 1 year, selling an xpac for a game that, content-wise, basically just came out of beta. Let's be real - LE had more content in it's .8 beta patch than D4 has to date.

Sure il be buying it, I assume it's launch will be no different then when the game itself launched or when any season launches, and qol will be added overtime, but this is really any video game these days.
