Np I had the same problem early on. The hota really needs a finished paragon because of the overpower damage that comes from certain rare and magic nodes and also the glyph bonuses.

Just make sure you follow rob’s build exactly how it is. Side note, You should prioritize overpower damage first as well as overpower sources and fury generation. You have shouts and lunging strike for fury generation early on though

Just tell me this. I have a barb on non season and only thing that give fury is one shout while using tibault will pants. How can they keep up fury to proc hota? Can I just hota infinitely until I proc overpower?

Well, in seasonal you get fury from Resource stone on your constuct. Then Fury on kill in your paragon, and then Tibault's unique pants grant 40 resource whenever you become unstoppable. So every time you use an ability that grants unstoppable (Charge, Wrath of the ancients, etc) you gain 40 fury.

Rallying Cry grants fury and fury regen.

Using unconstrained passive instead of Unbridled rage grants more berserk for more fury regen.

Fury on kill on Warbringer paragon board helps alleviate fury issues.

Otherwise I'd say just start a seasonal character, it's fun!
