That's iteresting, and how economy works there? Probably it is hard to max out items for character?

lost ark economy is player driven in so far as that materials farmed by the player are placed on an auction house and sold for gold and get gold by playing the game
you can purchase gold with real money by buying gold from another player on an exchange for blue gems that you can use on an ingame store for cosmetics/other things
"maxing out" your character doesnt really exist in lost ark, its more you "max out" your account as your account has a level in and of itself. for example, you can find glyphs on any character on your account and any character on your accounts can use that glyph
you can max out a character technically but it would require so much materials/time investment its not reasonable

But how you get best items in the game? Is it even possible? I mean player need craft them or they drop somewhere?

rings/amulets/jewelry drop in dungeons/raids that you can also sell/buy on auction house
your armor is upgraded with materials you get by doing raids/dungeons/quests
