I've never herd one person say d4 has a fun end game.

Oh, there were a lot of people comparing d4 to d2 and laughing at baal runs or mephisto farming because “d2 has no endgame”, while d4 does. And now it turns out that d4 endgame is what? Essentially mephisto runs except it’s duriel this time?

Played to 93, killed duri, then got on plane and I'm on vacation next few weeks

Leveling was enjoyable, but no-lifing dommhaine is enjoyable for me. Always been a d2 racer, and d4 is just the same thing but dumbed down lol.

The fact that you have to do different things for mats is great, but making them time locked is fucking stupid. Let me go as fast as I want (legion events, helltide, world bosses). It would be much much better if there were mats to spawn these events for you/your party that dropped based on number of monsters killed so when you/your team is ready to do x, they could go slam those events.

Also, farming dur only is dumb, needs at least 5 bosses so we can target farm...

Probably will play when I get back, but only to get level 100, so I can say I've gotten 100 every season, no actual reason to play though, current state is better, but it's both too easy and not properly done (as stated above)

I am level 83 now playing mostly casual. The season has flowed well up until this point. I am yet again on the NM dungeon grind for glyphs. For me the mob density is still not where it needs to be. Barre a few dungeons, running along corridors is so tedious.

Thoughts so far:

Vamp zones are cool
Hellfire is vastly improved
Legion events are still legion events - meh
World Bosses still pointless - meh
I thought the drop rate from focus farming would be slightly rarer than cycling through a very small pool of guaranteed unique drops!
Expanding the ilvl and fixing resistance has put less onus on having to find a perfect roll of affixes to rares
Group finder is now an absolute requirement!
Codex needs a rework to permanently store aspects with their stat once you have extracted it

I agree with everything here, you do legion and world bosses for mats and Grim favors. If you just playing and not abusing the dupes and exploits, it's been okay. I feel like they over nerfed monsters and over buffed players. Season 3 they will scale back on both sides to make it a lil more challenging.

I thought target farming was good, I ended getting pent greaves right away when I needed em. Only done 1 duri rotation and got notging of use. At lvl 75.i was flying thru t45 nmd with only decent weps. Still a few sacred.
