Almost picked itemization, but I miss trading more. It’s nice we can do rares and gold, but of the very few good uniques they made, the drop rate is pretty bad. Putting the fun end game builds at the mercy of RNG can be pretty demotivating. Like I already got to 85 and haven’t dropped a tempest roar. Chances are I might not by 100. If I want to be a wolf that hurles tornados, why keep playing?

I’m at that point on my bow rogue trying to find the new unique lol. Dunno how much I got left in the tank 😂

boring items

biggest problem with d4 is that you bought it, and affirmed all their business decisions that made it what it was.

I could see before the game came out that itemization was going to be stale dogshit resembling d3. Since Blizzard sold a lot of D4 copies, don’t expect itemization to get better in D4 or D5.

I could look past the itemization, it’s like a 6/10. Kinda like that rares are popular.
I can’t look past running nightmare dungeons on repeat from 50-100

I will add itemization plays a part in the dungeon grind being terrible too tho.

Complete lack of innovation and creativity for the amount of time in development and resources available.

If they were developing arpg with open trading in mind items and some other things would be diffrent( better). Since they were making the game with no open trading from the start (they just told us they were thinking about it so we would hope and preorder) they just had to change alot of things from classic arpg to make the game kinda rewarding but arpg can't be made on high level without open trading.
