More optimization and it’s getting better. I think this would be godly on a lightning build. Where you can stack all the lightning and stun skills/paragons. Raiments is a must

I have come to the conclusion:
Need raiments chest
Need close to max tp roll
Need probably around 20-25 TP to sync with raiments 3 sec stun.
Fits more to a lightning build
Must have shared misery aspect to stun monsters that are missed.
Use the evades when monsters are close to stun them. Even though it’s random you can get a feel for when to evade.
Was getting around 200-300k dmg per 1 ice shard when stunned.
Use frost novas in emergency’s.
Must use control glyph.
If you have this you’re basically the ball lightning shrine and are invincible. Just a drop off in dps but upgrade in survivability.

My character was built for ice shards, and I’m sure you can get the dps quite a bit higher using another build even though I static surge board with ll the major rare and magic nodes.

wouldn't work any ways, monster will be unstoppable after 2 teleport. u dont kill them with in 6 to 10 second u r looking at at bunch of monster with chain on their head chasing u. sorc is dog shit from base design to actual game play

The patch is really crap... Was hoping sorc will get buffed somehow it could survive in highest tiers like other classes, but they just buffed some underused skills. At least other classes got nerfed to shit, except rogue somehow, so I guess 90% of the players will be playing rogue. because it's the only class which can still do infinite scaling, but I am sure they will nerf her too when the majority hits lvl 100 trololo.
I was hoping for much more, but they just added a few useless uniques and legendary mods, seems like the same approach as d2r... At least some fixes, but the endgame still lacking by a lot. Nerfed helltide so idk if it's even worth doing anymore. Tree of whisper quests are boring af too... So in general the same nm dungeon grinding till lvl 100 and that's all folks. I don't even know if I want to play season 1...
I wish many players would boycott, when the sales and player count drop, maybe then blizzard realize and would fire a bunch of useless lgbt crooks and hire some legit people who actually care about developing the game itself.

you can get quite a bit more levels with a +3 defensive amulet and a +4 tele boots (with extra evade charges). It would give you upwards of 7 teleports and 5 + 15 + 4 + 3 (27) teleport levels.

I have the amulet. Missing the boots. Would of put me at 22 tp fully invested. At 18 tp CD was still 5.6 seconds with 35% cdr. It only dropped .2 seconds for 4 ranks. In theory it would be 2.6 with the passive. I’d assume at 27 you would knock it down to 5ish seconds.
