No. Evading means you will lose time on casting. Most of people would think evading would increase your movement speed hence increasing crit chance from esu boots. But no, teleport will boost your movement speed. Conjuration mastery stacks also give you max movement speed. I removed evade from my set up and have teleport on spacebar lol
