lvl 100 minion necro kinda the same endgame imo not to much happening but idk really what im looking for, doing 85-90 pits atm just masterworking my gear up, glyphs are maxed, guess i could find a +2/3 ga or uber unique as an upgrade and i havnt touched the gauntlet yet, the addition of more uber bosses is nice gave more use to mats, still havnt found a stygian stone outside my seasonal rewards to run em tho.

its still dead due to complete lack of any chats, just trade where only the gold sites bots spam, which is a shame since gameplay wise it went in better direction in s4

Masterworking is fun and funny I have a crazy ass super speed Necro running around due to greater affixes and masterworking +25% buffs on movement speed.

I agree with that statement - but D4 is still better in every department. The skillsystem is also better. WAY better for me.

I can only say that this topic is of course highly subjective, but I think that emotions play a big part in that.

I feel like D4 is - if I try to look at it as objectively as possible - not a bad game. I don't think that the majority of genre titles are able to create the kind fun Diablo 4 creates. In general.

I for example played D1 and D2 for thousands, if not ten thousands, of hours and I love those games very much. I still think that D2 is the pinnacle of that genre and not PoE, because it combines simplicity with complexity in the most brilliant way.

I think D4 is better at doing that as most other games, but isnt doing it as well as D2 for example.

I think we have to start to give Diablo 4 credit for a few things. I think visuals and gameplay are leading the genre and I think the way the game made progress in the first year is also mighty impressive. Something I never thought would happen that fast knowing Blizzard and knowing how they work. They usually keep all the goods for their expansions.

I dont wanna lie either, D4 is still not much more than a better version of D3 and I would LOVE to see them change a lot of things, especially for the part of their community that wants to have more complexity and more of a challenge.

Also I want real RNG back in the game. I want them to reintroduce Magic Find and get rid of all the Smart Loot Stuff. They enabled trading, so now lets go the next step.

I agree the game is fun now and I haven't played since launch. I laughed when I saw my barb from launch was only level 61 and I played for days before giving up on the garbage progression and renown unlocks.

Some people might complain about the new leveling pace, but I like the fact that I can roll another character to 100 if I want without playing the game full time like a streamer.
