Because it’s the end of the season and they announced the Item Power is increasing to 920…. So that’ll make all current items obsolete. No one will be trading. That, and D2R just had a ladder reset (not to mention all the other great games people are playing until next season starts.. you don’t play a season ALL the way through most times. Check D2R at the end of their ladders)

You can’t compare the end of season to the start of another Ladder.. That is just dumb :lol:

Check again on the 17th and do your comparison :rofl:

Mhmm.. rip my Rogue and Druid. I can’t see myself playing eternal, but it would have been nice if I ever needed to PvP in the future on that realm. Hopefully they won’t increase it again :blink: At least, not for a long time

The change should be great for late game.. The Item Power scaling better than before. We’ll see B)

i personally don't like the item degradation stuff developers do with arpgs. where the items basically become crap outside of the new league or ladder (poe does this a bit). however, if the changes increase the replayability for their new seasons and attracts more players, and it's what the players want, i guess it's how the cookie crumbles

on d2 for example, there's some godly items on NL that still hold up after 15 years.. that kind of effect on items adds to the game, not take away

I bought the early access version but asked for a refund a few hours later. I'd like to try it again but they're still charging $70 which is too much for a dead game.

99.8% of initial 10 million D4 player base already quit since June 2023.

I did the math so only 20,000 D4 players left world wide which I highly doubt lol how? Probably only 200 D4 players left worldwide still playing. :o
